       Our first steaks produced by our Itoshigenami bull out of an Angus cow.

The steak was extremely tender and juicy with a marbling score of 8+ probably the best steak we have produced from an Angus cow.

We will have a number of Redewater Itoshigenami young bulls for sale this summer as well as some top class embryo’s out of Itoshigenami heifers sired by an Australian Macquarie Wagyu bull in the top 1% of the breed for marbling, these embryo’s will be top class and an opportunity to establish a Wagyu herd that will be of the highest quality.
