Great British Menu

For the second time beef from our small herd of Wagyu and Angus cattle was featured on the BBC Great British Menu.

 The dish this time was a contemporary chow mein dish using Wagyu rib of beef.The dish received great praise from the main judge.

Must be doing something right.
